Data: What Data Do We Retain and For What Purpose
To carry out our activities, we process various types of data. This includes personal data such as email addresses, phone numbers, address details, and bank details. This data is used for our own administration, such as for managing donations or processing a one-time gift. Additionally, this data may be used in direct communication, for example, when contacting Franky and Coen regarding work to be carried out under a contract or other aspects of our organization for which explicit consent has been given. We process personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract, or legitimate interest.
Payment Data
If you choose to make a recurring donation to Stichting Franky and Coen into the breach, you authorize the foundation to automatically withdraw the selected amount from your account on a monthly basis. When providing a (recurring) direct debit authorization, we process the IBAN details to receive the donation. If you make a one-time gift, we also record the IBAN details to recognize recurring donors. When donating via iDeal, credit card, or PayPal, the transaction is processed through Stripe, a reliable Payment Service Provider. Stripe handles the connection between our donation page on the website and the respective bank or credit card provider. We never have access to login or credit card details. Stripe only informs us whether a donation was successful and transfers it to us.
Email Response Information
To optimize the content of our newsletter emails, we track responses (opens and clicks) on our emails. If you no longer wish to receive our digital newsletters, you can easily unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of each newsletter.

This is to protect your privacy, prevent identity theft, and we do not need this data. You can easily do this using the ID app from the government. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, within four weeks if possible.
Of course, we are happy to assist you with any questions or complaints about the processing of your personal data. If you still cannot resolve the issue with us, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority according to the GDPR.
